Once your custom fit car mat order is placed, we pull a roll of that carpet from our warehouse. From there, we precision cut the mat’s specific pattern for your vehicle from one of the 70,000 of vehicle patterns we have on file. If your carpet features grommet holes for retention, we will cut those out as well.
Now we have the shape of the mat, but more steps are necessary before we ship it to you. For the next step, we machine stitch the Binding or Serging style you have selected for your Edging, whether it’s our Silver Reflective Binding or our Red & Black Serging like below.
Ordered a Heelpad for protection and comfort? We will stamp out the footprint of the Heelpad (either Round or Rectangle) before securing it to the carpet, and thus create a seamless look.
If you have selected personalized embroidery, we will direct embroider to ensure the quality of your custom embroidered car floor mat is second to none.
Last, we will do a thorough quality control check of your GGBAILEY car or trunk mat. After rigorous inspection we pack and box them up with our Mat-Loc™ Clips for retention.
Your OEM-spec brand-new custom-fit car floor mats will then ship from our factory via FedEx and arrive at your front door at the speed of delivery you’ve selected.
Once they arrive, simply unbox the mats, remove the packing protection, and slip them into your car to create a new, refreshing look that will transform the interior of your vehicle!
